SAHAYOG has been focused on building grassroots leadership and developing awareness on health rights and entitlements since the early 2000s. We work with local governments and frontline workers on the ground to strengthen the public health facilities, and bridge the gap between the government services and the community. Through interface meetings and more formal Dialogue events, SAHAYOG actively works to prioritize and include health rights for women and girls.
SAHAYOG is a part of the Health Partners Forum of the National Health Mission, UP and has served as technical support for various committees over time.
As a technical resource organization, we provide training, create materials and give support to service providers, frontline workers and community leaders to understand and demand for comprehensive health services for all.
